- Now add dry mango powder and mix it well now off the flame now stuffing is ready take out in a plate and late it cool.
- Now stuff the karela with prepared mixture and keep the side now heat the oil in a kadhai.
- Now add the stuffing karela in the kadhai and cover with the lid for 5 minutes after 5 minutes check it and cook the both sides.
- Now take out in a plate in that kadhai add stunning masala and add little water and salt.
- Now mix it well now add stunning fry karela and mix it well.
- Now cover it with lid for 5 minutes after 5 minutes off the flame now stuffed masala kerala is ready to serve.
